Delicious Turkish Kebab
You keep making simple kebabs. Make crispy turkey kebabs with a little change and win everyone’s heart.
٭ Wash the qima and put it in a blender and add black pepper, red pepper, small pieces of double bread, salt, cumin, ajina motu, half a spoon of ginger, garlic paste and green chillies, green coriander and blend well. Mix all the ingredients together.
* Mix a little corn flour in it.
* Now make kebab pieces and dip them in eggs, add breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil.
Turkish kebabs are also ready. Just serve them with sauce, ketchup or any sauce.
