Matka Kulfi

Almonds —————- 2/1 cup
Condensed country ————– 4/3 cup
Sprinkled cream ————– 2/1 cup
Crushed cardamom —————- ۱ A click
Sliced pistachios ———— a little
Saffron ——————- A pinch

In a bowl, add 2/1 cup almonds, 4/3 cup condensed milk, 2/1 cup whipped cream and a pinch of ground cardamom and mix.
Now place this bowl on an ice bowl and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes.

Then pour this mixture on the mold and sprinkle a little chopped pistachios and a pinch of saffron.
Now keep it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours.
