Comments on social media on the budget presented in the National Assembly


The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has presented its third year budget. On the one hand, the proposals presented in this budget are being analyzed and on the other hand, comments are being made on the proceedings of the House.

During Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen's budget speech in the National Assembly, social media user and journalist Adeel Raja asked why members of the opposition were chanting slogans.

Replying to him on social media, another user Khawar Ghman said that every opposition does this. There is no such thing.

He further said that no opposition could praise or accept the budget presented by the government.

On social media, Imran Ghazali, General Manager, Pakistan Digital Media Wing, shared a video in which someone was asking Imran Khan from afar in the corridor of the House whether the budget would be people-friendly. Will be happy

Journalist Mansoor Ali Khan shared a video of women members of the National Assembly coming face to face in which members of the opposition were seen protesting.

In such cases, some women government members are seen trying to snatch posters from women protesters.

On the one hand, members of the opposition in the National Assembly were protesting, while on the other hand, some members of the government did not attend the meeting.

PTI National Assembly member Amir Liaquat Hussain from Karachi had earlier announced in a statement on social media that he would not attend the budget meeting.

Amir Liaquat Hussain said that along with him, National Assembly member from Karachi Shakur Shad would not be part of the meeting.

Similarly, in the videos of opposition protests in the National Assembly on social media, members of the Assembly can be seen carrying anti-government posters.

In some videos, members of the government were also chanting slogans on bills passed a day earlier.
